At Robeez, we want your little ones to be comfortable and happy in their new shoes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing at home.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unworn footwear in its original Robeez packaging and secure it in a shipping box with the return label attached to the outside.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
