How do I determine the right size for my child?
We recommend measuring your child's foot from heel to big toe and referring to our printable size guide. Since baby feet grow quickly, we suggest leaving about a half-inch of wiggle room for comfort and growth.
What is the difference between Soft Soles and Mini Shoez?
Soft Soles are made of flexible suede and are ideal for crawlers and infants. Mini Shoez feature a split rubber outsole that provides more traction and durability for toddlers who are starting to take their first steps.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your order sooner. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package departs our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Are Robeez shoes easy to clean?
Most of our leather footwear can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For suede soles, we recommend using a soft brush to restore the nap and remove surface dirt. Do not machine wash or dry unless specified on the product label.
